2. Fees are non-refundable once the course has begun (as per our Refund Policy).
3. NETWORKIT AUTOMATION reserves the right to revise fees without prior notice for future batches.

4. Attendance & Participation

1. Regular attendance and participation are encouraged for effective learning.
2. Missed classes can be covered using recorded sessions.
3. Instructors may schedule extra sessions for doubt resolution or project support without extra cost.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

1. Be respectful to instructors and fellow learners.
2. Avoid any disruptive or unethical behavior during classes or labs.
3. Maintain academic integrity while working on assignments, labs, or projects.

6. Placement & Career Support

1. We provide resume preparation, mock interviews, and career guidance.
2. NETWORKIT AUTOMATION does not guarantee job placements. We support students to enhance their employability skills.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All course content (videos, labs, slides, notes, assignments) is the intellectual property of NETWORKIT AUTOMATION.
2. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing may lead to legal action.

8. Liability Disclaimer

1. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date knowledge, NETWORKIT AUTOMATION is not responsible for any errors or omissions in course content.
2. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or career setbacks arising from the use of our training.

9. Policy on Lifetime Access / Re-enrollment

1. Students are eligible to attend future batches at no additional cost if they fail to clear exams or need revisions.
2. Lifetime access applies to course recordings and related updates unless otherwise specified.

10. Termination of Access

NETWORKIT AUTOMATION reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a student:

1. Violates these Terms & Conditions
2. Engages in unethical or abusive behavior
3. Misuses course materials or company resources
